Two Ways to Buy
1. Use our shopping cart. It guides you step by step through the process. It is on a secure server for your safety. Just use your VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Please note that your card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
2. Call us toll free at 800-632-4805 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM Eastern Time Zone. We will answer your questions and process your order. If you have questions about a particular item that you see on our website, please have the product id number ready for faster service.
SHIPPING TIMES WILL VARY.
Most items will be shipped in 3 to 10 days. Some items are not held in store stock. The reason we do this is to give you the fantastic prices that you see on the site. The trade-off for the great prices may be a short wait for some items. Then again, maybe they will be shipped that day. We will do the best we can. If an item is backordered for more than 10 days, we will contact you with an expected shipping date. You can either choose to wait and ship your order complete, or ship what we have now and send your backorder with no additional shipping charge when it's back in stock.
If you choose to have an order expedited, the order must be received by us no later than 12:00PM EST for it to be processed that day. Please include a comment to let us know the date you need to receive your order. We will contact you with the expedited shipping charges. We will not ship your order until we receive your authorization for the additional charges.
Domestic shipping rates are based on the dollar amount of your sale. Please see our Domestic Shipping chart. Some items are marked FOB, which means that you pay actual shipping costs for that item rather than our standard rates. All products shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as international orders, will be shipped as FOB. This means that you pay actual shipping costs rather than our standard rates. Some large items are also marked FOB. FOB charges will not show at the time of order. We will e-mail you the FOB shipping cost for your approval. If you contact us to approve the shipping amount, we will charge the same credit card you used to place your order. If you do not wish to approve the shipping amount, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund to your credit card. We will not ship your order until we receive your authorization for the FOB charges.

International shipping rates are based on the country in the delivery address. The Domestic Shipping chart does not apply to international shipments. Some large items are also marked FOB. If the entire order does not fit inside one standard size box, there may be an additional charge for shipping your order. If you are an international customer, please be sure to check your e-mail after your order is placed. If it does not fit into one box, we will not ship until we receive your authorization for the additional charges.
Bottle Goods & Supplements Policy
Due to increasing shipping rates throughout the country we are revising our shipping policy to include ALL bottle goods that will ship at FOB rates. We will try to have theses items marked in the description.
If you order 2 or more 32oz. or larger products your order will be shipped FOB.
If you order any supplement over 4lbs. your order will be FOB.
If you order small bags of horse treats that equal 4lbs. or more your order will be FOB.
Please inspect your items and try them on (if applicable) immediately upon receipt. Items must be returned in new condition with a copy of the sales receipt and all packaging and tags in place. Used, dirty, stained, full of animal hair, abused or incomplete items may not be returned. Items without original packaging and tags will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Any product that you try on your horse must be free of horse hair and dirt. Please take the appropriate precautions. Items that are not returnable include but are not limited to: any items that offer custom options, bits and bottle goods.
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for exchange or refund to your credit card. You will need to call in for a return authorization first. Once you receive your authorization number you will need to return the item or items within 10 days to avoid restocking charges. We do not offer cash refunds. All shipping charges on ALL exchanges will be at the buyer’s expense. After 30 days, items may not be returned or exchanged.
Shortages or discrepancies (items in box do not match items listed on sales receipt) must be reported within 10 days of your receiving the shipment.

Saddle Returns and Exchanges
You must call for a return authorization to return or exchange a saddle. Saddles may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt of saddle, but only if in NEW UNUSED condition. No wear marks may be visible. All return or exchange shipping charges are at buyer's expense. If a returned saddle shows signs of any wear or usage, the buyer will be charged a restocking charge of up to 50%. Since we ship the saddles to you for free, if you return a saddle to us for credit to your card, you will be charged $25.00 for the initial shipping of your order. If you exchange a saddle to a different size or any other saddle, you will be charged the exchange shipping costs.
