Uxeter Kimberwick Bit Kimberwick bits are commonly used in general riding and provides more curb action to horses or ponies that may be a strong pullers or needs slight curb action to lower its head. Its action can be strong as it is used with a curb chain, which puts pressure on the bars with a leverage effect. The difference between a Kimberwick and an Uxeter kimberwick is the rein slots on the Uxeter. This allow placement of the rein low on the cheek thus producing more leverage. This stainless steel Uxeter kimberwick bit comes with stainless steel curb hooks and curb chain.
