The Waterford Dee Bit has many smooth flexible bumps, which act as pressure points. The great flexibility will discourage the horse from leaning on it. The Waterford bit is used mainly for strong going horses. Most commonly use in hunt seat activities but is not permitted in dressage. Dee bits provide greater lateral control.
